Many in our industry hold us as the leading mircro cap/small cap research firm in the USA.  We studied the few research vendors in the investment awareness market before we entered it in March 2009.  We found much watered down, hyped promotion with little or no responsible securities analysis.  Today, 2 years later, we have researched 240+ companies on both of our websites.  We are the research firms of choice for the investor awareness industry.

The foundation of the investment awareness industry is cash, access to cash and forecasting cash. We could not find one research document that forecasted 5 years of cash assuming capital raised with academically responsible in depth securities analysis. The creation and forecasting of corporate wealth did not exist in our search.  It does exist in every one of our reports.  We introduced the Cohen brand name, our standard of excellence, in a market that lacked responsible high quality securities analysis.  To that extent, we created the Cohen Price TargetTM which we believe is the only academically credible price target in the investor awareness industry.  Our price targets normally contain 25% equal weighted metrics that include assuming capital raising.

During 2008, our average Cohen Research reports LTM were 149 pages long divided into short, medium and full reports. To the best of our knowledge, that has not been done before in the history of fundamental securities analysis in Wall Street.  Today our shorter reports (15, 25, 35 pages) are designed for the investor awareness markets.  They are priced so that any company can afford them.  Between 2002 and Jan 1, 2009, all Cohen stocks, without our knowledge of promotion, within 30 days were up 36.5%.
